Cancel Order Policy

This Cancel Order Policy applies to all orders placed through https://superdealsautogroup.com and is operated by HERNANDEZ PARTY SUPPLY Inc. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order by sending us an email at Support@hernandezpartysupply.com. Cancellation requests received within this time frame will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

After the 30-minute window, orders may begin processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?

If your order has not yet shipped, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
